 "Helpers," from the 2016 Intuitive Collage series, illustrates personal mindfulness after a difficult teaching year. It honors my #hopefulness, starting to be #rooted, and feeling the energy of my angels and community support for new endeavors, teaching from home, and being a working artist.⠀

 Art making is a beautiful and safe outlet to embrace when going through challenging situations. It is also interesting to think about how different compositions/organization of an artwork affect the energy of the piece. This being very organic and peaceful as compared to a gridded boxes in feeling.
