Specializing in art & healing with teen girls for 18 years, I have seen countless girls express the fundamental issue of lack of self-esteem. Your daughters are directly impacted by the topics of self-worth, media influence, and image, possibly more than any other generation in history.
My passion is working alongside your daughters as they re-discover their own self-worth and passions in healthy and creative ways.
My 1:1 classes and small groups exist to unite girls who otherwise feel isolated in their battle with self-esteem, and provide a safe space where young women can contribute to one another and themselves. Positive self-esteem for teens is important as it allows them to try new things, take healthy risks and solve problems.
