Last month, I took a local #artclass with my dad. Sadly, the teacher spoke half the time causing many participants to be antsy. I started to feel the same. In my mind, I said "my frustration must be a reflection of self, so let's breathe in #patience"...my #anxiety didn't pass. ⠀
⠀ Then we began...I used my art trick to quickly change the #negative #energy into something beautiful. I used script that was illegible to write out my negative #feelings and it looked beautiful. My energy changed, I added color and finished the class proud of my time and work.
