Wow, what a surreal experience we’re going through.
We’re staying home more than normal / taking conscious efforts to keep calm / keeping things as normal as possible. Right now you might also be feeling spacey or floaty and that’s totally normal!
You might be feeling selfish for worrying about something too much or sad about your travel plans being cancelled. Maybe you had big plans for this year and watching those change is making you uneasy. All of these feelings are of course OK. I’m feeling them too.
I'm looking up to the sun and spirit for guidance with my arms open wide, like antenna ready.
I also wanted to let you know about some changes to business as usual for me. I'll be sharing more about my art, less about my teaching. I want you to know that I care deeply about this part of my practice but it's time to let my work shine and inspire others through my works too. I am still teaching and coaching privately. So please send me your young adults and peers whom would benefit from creativity coaching and healing through art.
