Breath & Mindfulness Game



The other day, I created a wonderful game. It happened quite intuitively. I put the timer on for 3 minutes. With eyes closed, with each breath, I went to another moment in time. A flashback when I remembered taking a deep breath or where I suppose I would have taken a deep breath. It was so AMAZING, beautiful to relive all of these special, hard, amazing, important moments. Normally we take a deep breath when we are in our power. We forget to breathe when we are stressed.


Try it. Don't spend time in the memory just as a snapshot. I was a little girl, an adult, a teen, a daughter, a mother, a teacher, a kid, a friend, a traveler, a wanderlust...
